Our Q3 All Hands brought together three days of teamwork, AI-powered efficiency, and a shared mindset. Unlike Q2’s, this quarter’s focus was on working smarter: using AI across departments, creating space for cross-team collaboration, and keeping the culture alive.

🏡 Behind the Company: Vase.ai’s 3-Day All Hands
For three days, the Vase.ai Team came together under one roof. These All Hands sessions are more than planning meetings. They are where we align, debate, and set the culture that carries us forward.
This quarter, we reshaped our agenda to encourage more cross-team collaboration. While collaboration is part of our day to day, it had been missing from our planning sessions in a more structured way. By mixing departments into shared discussions, new sparks flew. Sales gained fresh perspectives from Product, Panel shared insights with Marketing, Customer Success engaged with Engineering, and me (People & Operations) pretended that I understood everything.
We also moved our retrospective to before All Hands. Held in a hybrid format, this gave people more time to digest past context before walking into future-focused conversations. It kept the workshop energy sharp, forward looking, and grounded in clarity.
🤖 AI in the Workplace: How Every Department Benefits
This quarter, one of our favorite old friends took over: artificial intelligence (AI). Not in the form of a robot walking into the room, but in how every department has started to embrace AI as part of daily work.
-
Customer Success uses AI to distill client feedback into themes, freeing up time to focus on solutions that matter.
-
Marketing treats AI as a creative co pilot, sparking new ideas, drafting content experiments, and helping us think outside the box.
-
Product and Engineering use AI to prototype and test ideas faster, turning problem solving cycles into more efficient sprints.
-
Panel Team taps into AI to streamline and clean response data, making insights sharper and more reliable.
-
Sales experiments with AI to capture insights from calls, helping the team spot patterns in client needs and shape better conversations.
Each team’s approach is different, but the impact is the same: less time on manual tasks, more room for creativity, and better decisions that move the company forward. AI is no longer a buzzword. It is becoming an invisible teammate that helps us deliver value faster.
🚀 The Future of All Hands: AI and Collaboration at Scale
This quarter was about learning to work smarter together, with AI in the background. The next chapter is about continuing that momentum. Looking ahead, we plan to:
-
Continue designing cross functional breakouts, where departments solve challenges side by side.
-
Integrate AI even deeper into planning, from summarizing insights to shaping future agendas and highlighting opportunities we might miss.
Our vision is clear. Future All Hands will ignite action, break silos, and scale smarter ways of working, always with AI at our side, and never at the expense of what matters most: the human.
