The RoleWe are seeking a passionate Data Operations Analyst with a vision for revolutionizing the landscape of Market Research. In this role, your daily activities will be marked by dynamic challenges, as we continually explore innovative approaches. Here is an overview of your responsibilities:
- Survey Campaign Management: You will be responsible for shaping survey campaigns, making critical decisions on target audiences, methodologies, and timing.
- Collaboration with Customer Success Team: Working closely with our Customer Success team, you will ensure that survey are aligned with strategic objectives and customer needs.
- Engaging with Getvase.com Users: Your role involves active interaction with Getvase.com users through emails and various social media channels, fostering a responsive and customer-centric environment.
- Social Media Management: You will oversee and maintain our social media accounts, ensuring they remain up-to-date and engaging.
- User Support: Responding to user inquiries and providing support throughout their Vase experience will be a pivotal part of your role.
- Tech Collaboration: Partner with our Engineering Team, you will identify and report bugs in our products and work towards resolving them.
- Feature Testing and Feedback: You will play a key role in testing new product features and providing valuable feedback to both the Engineering and Product teams.
- Product Familiarization: Gradually, you will develop a deep understanding of our products, enabling you to make well-informed decisions that contribute to our product roadmap.

- Familiarize yourself with company processes and tools
- Understand how we manage fieldwork for survey projects
- Complete practice fieldwork projects
- Shadow Alavi and the team while they are running fieldwork
- Understand how we manage customer support for GetVase users
- Take full ownership of customer support for GetVase users
- Understand how we run feasibility studies for projects
- Start independently managing fieldwork for projects
- Take full ownership of fieldwork for survey projects
- Take full ownership of running feasibility studies
- You will be the primary point of contact for all things panel ops
