At Vase.ai, we believe that great work comes from great teams, and great teams are built through clarity, collaboration, and just the right amount of chaos (the fun kind). Our recent Q2 planning was the perfect reflection of that.
Over a focused 3-day physical get-together, filled with deep dives, whiteboard scribbles, and a healthy supply of snacks and fruits, we came together to hammer out what truly matters for the next quarter. Add to that our virtual check-ins, digital whiteboards, and some very expressive emojis, and you’ve got a planning process that was equal parts strategic and spirited.
While KPIs and OKRs were definitely on the agenda, so was laughter, including a surprise prank on our CEO that perfectly captured our team spirit.
What’s Inside Our Q2 Planning Recap
We kicked off the Q2 planning process with one big question: “Where are we going, and how do we get there together?”

Of course, no Vase.ai planning session is complete without some good ol’ team mischief.
During one of our virtual calls, the team decided to prank our CEO, in true Vase.ai style. When asked about the “clarity of our Q2 direction,” we all ghosted ourselves, turning off cameras and going completely silent. Nothing says “crystal clear direction” like disappearing mid-meeting, right?
It was the perfect blend of humour and irony , and a reminder that even when we’re deep in planning mode, we never lose sight of the joy in what we do (and who we do it with).
