Born from a partnership between Vase.ai & Women's Aid Organisation, the “Voices Of Malaysian Women On Discrimination & Harassment In The Workplace” research was initiated to understand the type of harassment and discrimination women experience at the workplace during their employment, when seeking for employment, as well as when they are planning to or after they have started a family. Additionally we also asked women with a permanent disability on their hurdles in the workplace and when seeking for employment.
